On the afternoon of January 22nd at 2:30 pm, our company solemnly held the annual "Advanced Collective and Individual Commendation Conference". Members of the company's executive committee, directors of various business units, department managers, and award-winning representatives attended the meeting.

The meeting was first addressed by Jiang Tao, the General Manager of the company. Mr. Jiang extends sincere greetings to all the hard work and selfless dedication of the Jinlu people over the past year, as well as to the families of the employees who have cared for, helped and supported our company. Subsequently, Mr. Jiang summarized the work of our company in 2020 and made plans and prospects for various work deployments in 2021 from the aspects of marketing, production research and development, and management innovation.

Later, Chen Suyi, manager of the Human Resources Department, read out the Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and exemplary individual in 2020.

The chairman of the company, Wu Qishan, presented awards to advanced collectives and individuals who were awarded the titles of "Top Ten Skilled Craftsmen", "Advanced Team", and "Model Team". Jiang Tao, the general manager of the company, presented awards to exemplary individual who had won "outstanding management talents" and "marketing stars". Zhang Shouquan, General Manager of Alloy Business Department II, and Zou Lingli, General Manager of Cutting Tools Business Department, presented awards to exemplary individual who had won "outstanding scientific and technological talents" and "top ten model employees" respectively.

Exemplary individual and collective award-winning representatives: Yang Yuanrui from the Milling Department I, Zhuang Huangbin from the Equipment Department, Liu Jinjun from the Mining Alloy Overseas Sales Department, Fan Yaodeng from the Tool Technology Marketing Department, Lai Guoda from the Bar Industry Sales Department, and Zhang Lifu from the Chemical Coating Class of the Indexable Cutter Manufacturing Department delivered wonderful award-winning speeches respectively, describing the advanced deeds of individuals and teams in 2020, and thanking the company for the honors awarded and the good development and promotion platform provided for employees.

At the end of the commendation conference, the chairman of the company, Wu Qishan, gave a concluding speech, first expressing warm congratulations to all the award-winning employees. We express our high respect and sincere greetings to the advanced collectives and individuals who are diligent, united, pragmatic, and innovative. Wu Dong pointed out that the past year was an extraordinary year, when all the floating sand was blown away, gold was found. In the face of the big test of the COVID-19, Jinlu people adhered to the spirit of sincere unity, collective wisdom, innovation and hard work, overcame difficulties and ensured the steady development of the company. In 2021, we will plan and launch projects such as the second phase of the Hard Alloy Industrial Park and the second phase of Thailand's Jinlu. We will continue to vigorously promote lean production management, reduce inventory and increase efficiency, reduce costs and increase efficiency, improve talent selection and development system construction, continue to promote IPD research and development management, accelerate product development progress and application service level.
