The golden autumn is smooth and fruitful, and the company once again welcomes a grand event for quality personnel - the Quality Month Summary and Commendation Conference. The conference was held on the morning of October 21st in the electrical classroom on the fourth floor of Tong'an. The deputy general manager of the company, the manufacturing director of the alloy business unit, the manager of the quality management department, managers of various manufacturing departments, representatives of the quality month activity group, and representatives of various award-winning departments and individuals gathered together to review the effectiveness of quality improvement, commend advanced models, and deploy subsequent quality management work. The meeting is chaired by the manager of the Quality Management Department.

At the meeting, the manager of the Quality Management Department elaborated on the planning ideas, comprehensive coverage, and quantitative results of the "Quality Month Series Activities" in the past year, based on "data as the basis and facts as the basis", demonstrating a strong atmosphere of full participation in quality improvement; At the same time, we focused on the special rectification work of errors, omissions, and mixing, reviewed the stage breakthroughs in the process of tackling the problem, clarified the key tasks that need to be continuously deepened in the future, and anchored the direction for further promotion of the special work.

In the recognition ceremony, Pan Lang, the head of the Management Innovation Department of Fangyuan Logo Certification Group Xiamen Company, awarded certificates and prizes to two comrades who won the second and third prizes in the "First Chief Quality Officer Vocational Skills Competition" of our company. Subsequently, our company's leaders at all levels presented awards to outstanding departments and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance in promoting the "Quality Management Innovation, Quality Improvement Practice, and Quality Month Activity" this year. The medal of honor is not only a recognition and tribute to the hard work of the advanced, but also sets an exemplary benchmark of "respecting quality and striving for excellence", gathering a strong force of all employees to value quality, pursue quality, and safeguard quality.

In the experience sharing session, the award-winning representative of the excellent management department, the manager of Alloy Department 3, deeply dismantled the practical path of optimizing the quality management system, shared the experience of building cross departmental collaborative linkage mechanisms and the practical results of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and provided replicable and promotable system construction templates for various departments; Excellent Management Personal Representative - Quality Inspection Chief of the Bar Technology R&D Department, combined with his own work experience, talked about the organization skills of the Quality Month activity and practical experience in on-site quality control, using vivid cases to convey the sense of responsibility of "everyone is a quality guardian", which resonated with the whole audience.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zou expressed sincere gratitude to the entire quality team for their unremitting dedication and hard work. Regarding the follow-up work, Mr. Zou put forward requirements and deployments from three aspects: quality management system work, strengthening prevention, and doing a good job in improvement. In terms of quality management system, emphasis should be placed on dimensions such as personnel, machinery, materials, methods, environment, and testing, with a focus on strengthening personnel training and error prevention, ensuring equipment stability and process rationality and execution, and further deepening and improving the overall situation; Using QC techniques and other tools, through historical data statistical analysis and technical improvement, do a good job in quality prevention; To carry out improvement activities, emphasis should be placed on practical results to enhance quality, stability, and efficiency.

At this point, the Quality Month activity has come to a successful end, and the series of Quality Month activities has officially come to a phased conclusion. But we are well aware that quality improvement is never a "gust of wind" special action, but a "protracted war" system engineering - although the Quality Month has ended, the Quality Year will last forever!
