The relocation ceremony of the Tungsten Powder Division was recently held at the new plant in Dongfu, Haicang. Sun Dongping, General Manager of the Company; Long Benfu, General Manager of the Tungsten Powder Division; Wang Mingsheng, General Manager of Alloy Division I; Qiu Wei, General Manager of Alloy Division II and other senior executives attended the ceremony. Key employees from all departments of the division gathered to witness the official commissioning of the new base. The ceremony was hosted by Zhang Xiaolan, Marketing Director of the Tungsten Powder Division.

In her speech, Zhang Xiaolan expressed gratitude to all staff who participated in the preparation work for the relocation. She pointed out that this relocation serves as a crucial step for the division to optimize production layout and upgrade production capacity systems. The new premises shoulder new missions, and this new starting point will foster new glories.

Equipped with brand-new intelligent production equipment and restructured standardized production workflows, the new plant will effectively unlock production capacity potential and lay a solid hardware foundation for the division to focus on its core tungsten powder business and strive to become a global industry benchmark. Heads of Alloy Division I and Division II presented congratulatory gifts to the division, conveying sincere wishes for coordinated and mutual growth.

Qiu Wei remarked that the three affiliated units including the Tungsten Powder Division, Alloy Division I and Alloy Division II have now gathered at the Dongfu Plant, enabling comprehensive integration of industrial strengths. All parties will pull together to pursue shared development in the future. Wang Mingsheng stated that they will deepen internal supply-demand coordination and jointly explore global markets. Long Benfu thanked all leaders for their support, emphasizing that all staff will take this relocation as a new starting point to refine production processes, boost product quality and benchmark against world-class advanced manufacturing standards.

Sun Dongping noted that the Haicang Dongfu Base is currently the world’s largest professional manufacturing base for tungsten powder. He urged the division to increase investment in cutting-edge new material R&D and empower global advanced intelligent manufacturing with high-end tungsten powder products.

A commissioning ceremony for new equipment and a factory inspection tour were arranged on site. Led by Sun Dongping, the group toured the production workshops to inspect the operating conditions of the brand-new production lines and issued arrangements for production workflow optimization and safety management. With the startup of core equipment such as fifteen-tube reduction furnaces and wet mills, the brand-new production lines were officially put into operation.

The new base undertakes new missions, and the new journey bears new honors. This full relocation and integration marks three major leaps forward for the Tungsten Powder Division: industrial agglomeration, capacity expansion and intelligent manufacturing upgrading. Going forward, all employees of the division will keep in mind the instructions from all leaders.
