On November 13th, the System Planning Week of the Cutting Tools Division held the 2026 IAM System Planning Workshop as scheduled. Zhong Lixiang, Chairman of Shuben Technology, Wang Shuwei, Lean Director, Lin Liangliang, functional platform leaders and R&D Director of the Division, Dai Ping, Manufacturing Director, and managers and key personnel from R&D, production, and sales departments attended the meeting.

Strategic leadership: Clear planning direction

At the beginning of the meeting, the Manufacturing Director, Dai Ping, provided a detailed introduction to the business situation and medium - to long-term planning of the business unit in 2025, accurately outlining the background, goals, and strategic direction of the 2026 IAM system planning. The R&D Director, Lin Liangliang, and the Tool Production and Sales Management Manager, Chen Siyu, respectively represented the R&D and marketing departments to put forward specific expectations and requirements, jointly pointing out the direction for the attendees.

Group Empowerment: Guiding Planning Heights

This planning event invited Mr. Zhong Lixiang, Chairman of Shuben Technology, to introduce the group's IAM3.0 (proposal), providing forward-looking guidance for planning from the group's strategic level, ensuring that the planning of business units resonates with the overall strategy of the group, and enhancing the foresight of the planning.  

In depth discussion: Collision of intelligent sparks

Each department team conducted in-depth discussions on core issues such as the formulation of five dimensional goals, driving measures, and key measures, actively spoke up, and stimulated innovative sparks through collision of thinking, providing diverse ideas for the improvement of planning.  

Achievement publication: Focus on departmental priorities

Around the planning, each department has its own focus based on the actual situation, setting annual key project goals, implementing plans, expected results, etc., demonstrating a deep understanding and positive implementation attitude towards the planning, ensuring that the planning is effectively undertaken at the departmental level.  

Authoritative review: Ensure precise implementation

The representative evaluates the research results comprehensively from the perspectives of strategic alignment and resource matching, and proposes optimization suggestions; Mr. Wang Shuwei, the Lean Director of Shuben Technology, uses the concept of lean management to meticulously refine the details of measures and improve implementation efficiency; Starting from the strategic layout of the group, the chairman of Shuben Technology ensures seamless integration with the group's strategy.

Be prepared and plan ahead, deploy comprehensively before setting off

The 2026 IAM System Planning Workshop for the Cutting Tools Division aims to clarify the action blueprint for supporting the main manufacturing business and empowering business goals in the new year, ensuring efficient implementation and ensuring the successful completion of key annual tasks through excellent operations.
