On October 30th, the Xiamen Jinlu Wuhan University of Technology Joint Laboratory Project Cooperation and Exchange Meeting was grandly held at the Jinlu Tong'an factory in Xiamen.

The participants of this exchange include: Guo Shunsheng, Dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology, Wu Chaoqun, Zhou Bin, Vice Dean, Zeng Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Yang Zhijie, Deputy Director of the Experimental Center, Wang Li from the Student Affairs Office, Zou Jianping, Deputy General Manager of Xiamen Jinlu, Zou Lingli, General Manager of the Cutting Tools Business Unit, Lin Liangliang, Manager of the Materials Technology Department, Lin Fengtian, Manager of the Tool Technology Marketing Department, Fan Yaodeng, Product Development Department Manager, Wang Jiewei, Manager Assistant, Wang Jue. In addition, many alumni of Wuhan University of Technology, such as Chen Xiaohui and Wang Kan, also participated in this exchange activity.

Firstly, Zou Lingli, the General Manager of the Cutting Tools Division, warmly welcomed the leaders and teachers from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology who came from afar. At the same time, she stated that Jinlu has attached great importance to talent development and construction over the years, continuously improving its talent management system, and providing employees with a platform to enhance themselves and showcase their talents. General Manager Zou Lingli also briefly introduced our company's development history to the guests and led the group to visit the new factory of the reversible tool manufacturing department.

Subsequently, our company's leaders held a symposium and exchange meeting with leaders and teachers from Wuhan University of Technology. Wang Jue, Assistant Manager of the Product Development Department, first introduced the development project of the school enterprise joint laboratory, which was selected based on the needs of Xiamen Jinlu and the advantages of Wuhan University of Technology. The starting point of project cooperation is to strengthen the connection between enterprises and schools through project collaboration. On the one hand, enterprises help schools cultivate students' qualities and abilities, while on the other hand, schools provide high-level talents for enterprises, achieving a win-win situation.

At the exchange meeting, Dean Guo Shunsheng of Wuhan University of Technology expressed his satisfaction with the rapid growth of many Wuhan University of Technology students at Jinlu, and sincerely thanked our company for its care and training of alumni and employees. In the face of the rapid development of Xiamen Jinlu, Dean Guo suggested that our company further strengthen cooperation with industry benchmark enterprises and expand communication and cooperation between enterprises, schools and enterprises. He also wishes our company continued success and breakthroughs.

At the end of the meeting, Vice General Manager Zou Jianping summarized the meeting. He stated that through this exchange, Wuhan University of Technology has gained a deeper understanding of our company. I hope the company and the school can promote the exploration of more cooperation models and enhance the connection between schools and enterprises.

At the end of the joint laboratory exchange meeting, the attending leaders, teachers, and alumni took a group photo together in the exhibition hall on the first floor of the comprehensive building. Thus, the Xiamen Jinlu Wuhan University of Technology Joint Laboratory Exchange Meeting came to a successful conclusion.
