On October 23rd, an expert group commissioned by the Emergency Management Bureau of Tong'an District conducted a safety standardization review and evaluation at our company. The evaluation team of three conducted a detailed inspection of our company's production site, operation situation, safety management documents, etc. Finally, after evaluation by the expert group members, it was unanimously agreed that our company's safety production management level has reached the third level enterprise standard of safety standardization, with a score of 72.3 points (90 points for the first level standard passing line, 75 points for the second level standard passing line, and 60 points for the third level standard passing line).

At 9:00 am on the same day, the first meeting of safety standardization evaluation was held in Room 7 of Tong'an Factory. The meeting was chaired by Ye Mingli, the manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, and attended by Wu Qishan, the chairman of the company, and Yan Guohong, the production director of the Cutting Tools Division.

Li Yongrong, the leader of the evaluation expert group, introduced the members of the evaluation group and the evaluation process. Then, Ye Mingli, the manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, introduced the enterprise overview and the implementation of safety standardization to the expert group. Chairman Wu Qishan made a speech, demanding that all departments attach great importance to it and fully cooperate with the expert group to do a good job in the evaluation work.

After the meeting, the expert group was divided into two groups to conduct on-site inspections. Afterwards, return to the conference room and check the company's safety records one by one against the safety standardization scoring rules.

The final meeting will be held at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Li Yongrong, the leader of the evaluation expert group, summarized the evaluation situation, expressed overall affirmation of the company's implementation of safety standardization, pointed out the non conformities found during the evaluation process, and finally announced the evaluation score.

Ye Mingli, the manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, expressed gratitude for the work of the expert group and stated that he will promptly develop a rectification plan for the identified non conformities, implement rectification measures and responsible persons, and complete the rectification on schedule.

This is the first time that Tong'an Factory has undergone safety standardization evaluation (Jimei Factory passed the evaluation in 2017), and the successful passing of the evaluation marks that the safety management of both Tong'an and Jimei factories has reached the relevant national regulatory standards.

Next, while drawing lessons from others and making improvements, the company will continuously enhance its safety management level through full participation and continuous improvement, ensuring the scientific, standardized, and effective operation of the safety production standardization system, and laying a solid foundation for the company's safety production.
