On January 28th, the division of labor meeting between State Grid Xiamen Power Supply Company Tong'an Customer Service Branch and our company's labor union joint creation signing ceremony was held grandly in the Tong'an factory area.

Ye Sujuan, Chairman of the Division of Labor of Tong'an Customer Service Branch of State Grid Xiamen Power Supply Company, and a group of 7 people came to our company and attended the signing ceremony together with our Deputy General Manager and Union Chairman Zou Jianping, Office Director Xie Qichao, and Equipment Department Manager Jiang Zhijin.

The Tong'an Customer Service Center of State Grid Xiamen Power Supply Company is a comprehensive energy service company under State Grid, which has been safeguarding the normal operation of our power supply system for many years. On the 13th of this month, Chairman Ye visited our company for the first time and discussed with Chairman Zou about the joint construction of the power supply company and Jinlu company's labor union, which kicked off the smooth implementation of the signing ceremony.

The awarding ceremony was first welcomed by Chairman Zou. Chairman Zou first warmly welcomed Chairman Ye and his delegation on behalf of Jinlu Company. Chairman Zou stated that the joint construction and co creation among trade unions is of great significance in achieving the integration of trade union organizational resources and complementary advantages. I hope that Xiamen Jinlu Trade Union and Xiamen Power Supply Tong'an Customer Service Sub center can continue to maintain a close cooperative relationship and jointly explore new models of trade union co construction work.

Subsequently, Ye Sujuan, Chairman of the Division of Labor of Tong'an Customer Service Branch of State Grid Xiamen Power Supply Company, delivered a speech. Chairman Ye expressed his gratitude to Xiamen Jinlu for their support in this union innovation project.

Chairman Ye proposed that both trade unions will take "relying on employees, caring for employees, and harmonious development" as their value orientation, and "co construction, co creation, co management, and sharing" as the starting point, focusing on building a "warm" and "caring" trade union, and achieving the overall goal of "resource integration, complementary advantages, harmonious promotion, and shared achievements" of trade union organizations. At the same time, in response to the government's call to stay in Xiamen for the Chinese New Year, we will spare no effort to ensure the safe use of electricity by enterprises during the Spring Festival period and make due efforts to help them resume work and production; We will actively assist enterprises in energy efficiency management and optimizing energy consumption, focusing on the national key work of "achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality" in 2021; Promote the year-end maintenance of power equipment in enterprises to ensure the safe use of electricity in production.

Amidst warm applause, Chairman Ye and Chairman Zou respectively signed the "Union Joint Creation Project Agreement" on behalf of both trade unions.

After the signing ceremony, both trade unions had in-depth exchanges on the work of the union's joint creation.

Office Director Xie Qichao mentioned that the joint creation of the two trade unions has provided a long-term platform for mutual communication and development. Based on this platform, both parties can communicate and jointly build businesses, enhance the exchange of union activity organization forms, and carry out various forms of social activities, such as single person social activities, basketball games, badminton games, singing competitions, and other cultural and sports activities.

Equipment Department Manager Jiang Zhijin expressed gratitude to the State Grid Xiamen Power Supply Tong'an Customer Service Center for providing support and assurance to our power supply system over the years. He believes that through this joint labor union innovation activity, both parties can communicate with each other in business, explore together in union construction, and seek common development. In the future, we can invite the power supply customer service center to conduct knowledge training or competition activities related to safe electricity use for our employees, in order to improve their awareness and skill level in safe electricity use.

Subsequently, Manager Jiang led Chairman Ye and his delegation to visit our company's production line, enhancing their understanding of our product types, production processes, and application areas, laying a solid foundation for further business cooperation.

Through this joint innovation activity, both parties will work together to comprehensively promote the overall work of trade unions among enterprises, and create a good start for collaborative work among labor unions.
