The senior management of Xiamen Jinlu fully studied relevant national policies, combined with the current talent situation of the company, and fully realized the important role of skilled talents in national reform and development, manufacturing transformation and upgrading, and company development. At the same time, cultivating and nurturing a skilled talent team that adapts to the development of the enterprise, has a reasonable hierarchy, excellent quality, and connects old and new, is the foundation for creating the "Jinlu Brand" and launching the "Jinlu Intelligent Manufacturing". Based on this, in 2021, the Human Resources Department collaborated with various manufacturing departments of the company to organize the construction of a skilled talent training system project, providing a broad platform for the promotion and development of skilled talents. From July to August, the company has organized joint creation of qualification system standards, drills and verifications, skill competitions, and other methods to explore the application of the "Xiamen Jinlu Skill Talent Training System".
On September 10th, in order to commend and motivate outstanding collectives in the first stage of the construction of the skilled talent training system: the construction of the qualification system for skilled workers, the Human Resources Department organized the benchmark demonstration position evaluation for the construction of the skilled worker qualification system. It is hoped that by establishing the benchmark, more Jinlu people can participate in the construction of the skilled worker team, and more outstanding skilled talents can shine in Jinlu. Vice General Manager Zou Jianping, General Manager of Tungsten Powder Division Lin Gao'an, General Manager of Alloy Division 1 Wang Mingsheng, as well as the Human Resources Director and Production Technology Directors of each division, were invited to serve as judges on the evaluation committee. Sixteen manufacturing departments from various business units of Jinlu participated in this review.

Subsequently, the managers and department heads of each manufacturing department presented in detail to the attending judges the process of formulating, evaluating, and applying the qualification standards for benchmark positions in their respective departments, emphasizing the innovative points in the construction of the qualification system for skilled workers. At the same time, they vividly demonstrated to the judges the important role of the qualification system construction in the management, cultivation, and development of skilled talents in the department through examples.

The attending judges have put forward many constructive improvement measures and suggestions for the next step of skill talent training system construction in various departments, in response to the problems existing in the construction of the existing qualification system. After the review meeting, the attending judges and the Human Resources Department clarified that the construction of the "Skill Position Learning Map and Training Development Path" will be the focus of the next stage of work.
After evaluation, the following eight departments/positions stood out and were awarded the "Benchmark Demonstration Positions for the Construction of Technician Qualification System".
