The research team first visited the exhibition hall of Xiamen Jinlu Tong'an factory area, as well as the overall tool and reversible tool workshops, to gain a detailed understanding of our company's various production processes. Subsequently, the research team had in-depth discussions and exchanges with representatives from Xiamen Tungsten and its subsidiary companies regarding the management mechanism for skilled talents. Lai Jianping, Senior Commissioner of Human Resources Department of Fujian Metallurgy (Holdings) Co., Ltd., Chen Guoxu, Professional Manager of Internal Control System Management of Xiamen Tungsten Industry, Zheng Jinquan, Chen Suyi, Liu Jiawang, and skilled talent representatives Cheng Tanghua (Honglu), Lv Jinxing (Jinlu), and Luo Weifa (Jinlu) from Xiamen Honglu Human Resources Department participated in the symposium.

At the symposium, Chen Suyi, on behalf of the company, provided a detailed introduction to the group and its major subsidiary companies' skilled talent training system and corresponding mechanisms, covering six major modules: the group's emphasis on skilled talent, school enterprise cooperation, policy application, and skilled talent training system. Three skilled talent representatives from Xiamen Jinlu and Xiamen Honglu shared their growth and development under the Xiamen Tungsten skilled talent training mechanism, and put forward many constructive and valuable suggestions. Subsequently, the two parties in attendance had in-depth exchanges and discussions on various issues such as the construction of the Skill Talent Enterprise Appraisal Center, the development path of skilled talents, the improvement of academic qualifications, and external policies for the development of skilled talents. At the end of the symposium, Researcher Zheng, on behalf of the research team, gave a concluding speech. He first expressed sincere admiration for the company's advanced automated production line. Secondly, he affirmed that Xiamen Tungsten Industry and its subsidiaries have established a complete set of skilled talent training systems, including promotion channels, skill standards, and skill appraisal systems. Finally, he proposed that Xiamen Tungsten and its subsidiaries strengthen the research and application of skilled talent policies, and promote the integration of internal and external skilled talent policies.
