On the afternoon of May 25th, Professor Chen Rongrong from the Employment Center of Overseas Chinese University led a team to visit and exchange ideas at our company's Tong'an base for the "Overseas Chinese University Teachers and Students' Hearts Towards the Party and Famous Enterprises Special Visit". 22 students from the School of Chemical Engineering and the School of Mechanical Engineering, as well as Liu Jiawang and Xie Peng from Xiamen Jinlu Human Resources Department, and outstanding alumni representatives from Huaqiao University such as Wang Jue, Tang Yinshu, Jiang Enlai, Lin Huihuang, Chen Wentao, Zhang Qingta, participated in the symposium.

The group of teachers and students first arrived at the exhibition hall on the first floor, where they provided a detailed introduction to the development history and main industrial structure of Xiamen Tungsten Industry and Xiamen Jinlu to the visiting delegation. After visiting the exhibition hall, we went to the reversible tool manufacturing department to observe the complete production process of the workshop. The visiting teachers and students were deeply impressed by the comfortable and pleasant production and office environment of the company, and expressed sincere admiration for our high-level automated production and manufacturing capabilities and excellent on-site management level. They also greatly improved the traditional manufacturing industry.

After the visit, the school and enterprise held a symposium in Conference Room 7 of the office building. The Human Resources Department once again expressed a warm welcome to the arrival of teachers and students from Huaqiao University, and stated that the organization of the "Overseas Chinese University Teachers and Students Visit Party and Famous Enterprises with Overseas Hearts" activity is of great significance to the school, enterprises, and students. For schools and enterprises, the "Overseas Chinese Heart to Party" activity will provide a high starting point, wide range, and multi field communication platform for school enterprise cooperation. For students, they can have close contact with well-known enterprises, understand industry background and market demand, and better plan their college career. Subsequently, the Human Resources Department introduced Xiamen Jinlu's technological breakthroughs, product information, and talent strategies to Master Hua through videos and presentation materials such as the Xiamen Jinlu documentary "Tackling Difficulties", allowing students to have a more comprehensive understanding of Xiamen Tungsten and Jinlu.

In the third session of the exchange activity, Wang Jue from the Product Development Department reported on the cooperation projects between Xiamen Jinlu and Huaqiao University over the years, and shared her growth experience at Xiamen Jinlu. At the same time, he also enthusiastically introduced to his classmates the possible development directions of working at Xiamen Jinlu and gave them many insightful career planning suggestions.

Subsequently, the students interacted and exchanged ideas with alumni of Xiamen Jinluhua University.

After the symposium, the visiting group of teachers and students, outstanding alumni of Xiamen Jinlu Huada, and colleagues from the human resources department took a group photo together in the first floor exhibition hall, marking the successful conclusion of this exchange and discussion.
