On May 15, 2021, the Xiamen Jinlu Alloy Rod South China Customer Exchange Conference was grandly held at the Junyuan Pullman Hotel in Dongguan. More than 300 people, including clients from southern China and senior management of Xiamen Jinlu, attended the meeting. At this conference, Xiamen Jinlu presented three aspects to the attendees: the introduction of alloy bar products, the introduction of near net forming blade blanks, and the introduction of product industry applications.

Unlike conventional standard sized hard alloy bar substrates, near net formed blade blanks can be processed into finished cutting tools with minimal processing by customers through advance cutting. This not only shortens working hours and increases production capacity, but also has shorter manufacturing cycles, lower scrap risks, and lower processing costs.

He demonstrated to the guests through practical cases how to analyze the characteristics of the main materials being processed in the 3C industry, combined with typical processing types in the industry, and fully consider the main application components and processing effects of the processed workpieces. He comprehensively evaluated the hardness, bending strength, and fracture toughness of our alloy grades, and finally came up with a selection strategy for Jinlu alloy bars in the 3C industry for different materials and processing methods, in order to improve the comprehensive performance of customers' cutting tools and enhance their product competitiveness.

He analyzed the market size and development trend of the mold industry, detailed the overall milling tool processing strategy, and the successful application of hard alloy bars in material processing in the mold industry. It fully demonstrates the superiority of our hard alloy bars in plastic molds, stamping molds, and inorganic material forming molds, and is the best choice for customers to improve processing efficiency and reduce costs.

The third industry product application introduction is the application of hard alloy rods in the automotive industry, brought by Yan Guohong, the technical service manager of the rod technology research and development department. He analyzed the current situation and development trends of the automotive industry, introduced the processing solutions for the main components of the automotive industry, and provided a detailed explanation of the integral hole machining tools used in the automotive industry and the various grades of hard alloy rods used. Through specific cases, he fully demonstrated that Jinlu hard alloy rods can meet customers' specialized selection of rod materials for integral hole machining tools in various machining conditions in the automotive industry application field.
