2、 Carry out training and education, listen to the leader's lecture on safety laws

1. The general manager gave a safety education class to the production management personnel at the safety month kickoff meeting, providing vivid and detailed explanations on the new safety production law and the "15 hard measures for safety production", requiring the company to establish safety awareness from top to bottom and be the first responsible person.

2. All departments organize employees to watch videos of safety education such as the popularization of the safety production law, "life is more important than Mount Tai", and road traffic safety, and organize accident reflection training and post KYT assessment. The company utilizes a secure information system to track the participation of employees in various departments' training in the backend, ensuring full coverage of all staff.

3. Actively mobilize employees to participate in the online knowledge competition of "How Much Do You Know about New Safety Laws" during the National Safety Production Month. As of June 30th, more than 2160 people participated in online quizzes, with a total score of 117000. The overall score and employee participation rate rank among the top in the jurisdiction's enterprises.

3、 Organize special inspections to establish a solid foundation for safety

1. In June, Xiamen Tungsten Group entrusted Biwei Company to conduct safety inspection and audit work at our company, pointing out the shortcomings of on-site safety management and proposing suggestions for improving safety work. Our company will strictly formulate and implement hidden danger rectification measures, and complete the rectification on schedule.

2. The deputy general manager of the company led a team to organize safety personnel and electrical technology professionals to conduct safety month special inspections and special checks on hidden dangers in electrical control cabinets. The company also organized security personnel to conduct cross safety inspections in various factory areas, promoting safety communication and improvement among different factories. Each department is conducting a thorough self-examination and self correction of safety hazards, with department managers leading teams to conduct a "net like" investigation to ensure safety without leaving any blind spots.

4、 Organize safety responsibility exams and be the first responsible person

The company organized a safety responsibility exam for all employees around the theme of "being the first responsible person". Directors, department managers, and section chiefs of each business unit are centrally assessed by the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, while team leaders and ordinary employees are assessed by their respective departments. Employees from various departments actively participated and submitted nearly 1000 hidden danger identification projects. Through comprehensive and meticulous self-examination and self correction at all stages, safety hazards can be eliminated in their early stages.

6、 Strengthen emergency drills to ensure preparedness and preparedness

During the Safety Month, various departments organized nearly 20 emergency drills for various subjects, including fire extinguishing, emergency evacuation, handling of equipment water and power outages, elevator malfunctions trapping people, hydrogen leaks, alcohol leaks, dust collection pipeline fires, and other drill projects. Through practical exercises, the emergency plan is tested and improved to enhance employees' emergency skills.

Each department fully utilized the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, organizing a variety of safety and fun activities, including fire hose bowling, safety comics, family messages, safety knowledge competitions, safety vocabulary guessing, collaborative combat comparison, and fire equipment deployment points. Enhance employee engagement through educational and entertaining activities.

The safety month activities in June are in full swing, and in the blink of an eye, they are coming to an end.
