On June 30, on the eve of the "July 1" Party Day, the Xiamen Jinlu Party Committee held the 101st anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the 2021-2022 "Two Excellence and One First" commendation conference in the party member activity room on the fourth floor of Tong'an. Zou Jianping, Lin Gao'an, Yan Guohong, and Xie Qichao, members of the company's Party committee, Qiu Wei and Wang Mingsheng, members of the executive committee, party branch secretaries, branch committees, and award-winning personnel attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the conference, all party members stood up and sang the Internationale.

Subsequently, entrusted by Comrade Wu Qishan, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, Party Committee member Lin Gao'an delivered a speech on behalf of the company's Party Committee. He mentioned that this year is the year of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a crucial year for the 14th Five Year Plan. He emphasized that in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Party members and comrades should strive to be the "guardians" of their ideals and beliefs, the "pioneers" of emancipating their minds, and the "doers" of work and entrepreneurship. Finally, he mentioned that the company's key tasks and project promotion work this year are tight, heavy, and difficult. Whether we can complete them on time is a test of our ability and level. Party members and comrades should fully play the role of role models and leaders, unite the vast number of workers and masses to attach great importance to ideology, make careful arrangements in organization, and seize every minute to truly strive for the completion of our company's various goals and tasks this year.

Subsequently, Zou Jianping, a member of the company's Party committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, read out the commendation decision, encouraging the award-winning personnel to continue their efforts, and calling on all Party members to learn from the comrades who have been honored, work seriously, be a real person, remember the Party's teachings, live up to their youth and glory, and continue to make new contributions to the development of the company.

Subsequently, the company leaders presented awards to the winning collectives and individuals.

After the award ceremony, Comrade Luo Songbai, an outstanding party member representative, delivered his acceptance speech. He first thanked the company's party committee and expressed that in his future work and life, he would never disappoint the organization's earnest expectations, prove himself worthy of the glorious title of excellent Communist Party member through practical actions, and make new and greater contributions in ordinary work positions.

At the end of the conference, Associate Professor Yan Zhenyu from the School of Marxism at Xiamen University gave a themed party lecture on "Leading the High quality Development of State owned Enterprises with High quality Party Building". Professor Yan first analyzed General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on the construction of party organizations in state-owned enterprises, and used the interpretation of the "Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China in State owned Enterprises" as a starting point to explain the importance of party building work in grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises in a clear and concise manner. Then he focused on providing detailed answers to two questions: "How to give full play to the role of grassroots party organizations as fighting fortresses" and "How to enhance the brand building of party building in state-owned enterprises". In response to the issue of building party building brands for grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises, he proposed the concept of "one high, two new, three advanced, four in one, and five in one" to help everyone break out of the dilemma of building party building brands.

After the meeting, everyone expressed that they would closely focus on the company's strategic goals, with a sense of urgency that does not wait for me, a sense of crisis that cannot be delayed, and a sense of responsibility that cannot sit still, forming a new driving force to overcome difficulties, promoting the high-quality development of Xiamen Jinlu, and welcoming the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements.
