As May Day approaches, in order to promote the spirit of craftsmanship, the company organized two senior technician symposiums in Jimei and Tong'an factories. Chairman Wu Qishan led middle and senior management personnel to have in-depth discussions and exchanges with 63 senior technicians who have been selected through multiple layers as benchmarks for the skilled workforce.

Senior technicians have put forward many valuable suggestions, while company executives and department managers have also raised higher expectations and requirements for the future development of senior technicians and the cultivation of skilled talents in the company.
