Our assistant general manager Ge Yanan, human resources department Chen Suyi, Liu Jiawang, and 2018 Xiamen University alumni Lin Peikun and Zeng Huaqian received the Xiamen University faculty and students and participated in a discussion.
Firstly, Ms. Chen Suyi gave a detailed introduction to the development history and main industrial structure of our company to the faculty and students of Xiamen University in the exhibition hall on the first floor of the office building. After visiting the exhibition hall, the teachers and students visited the complete production process of the overall tool manufacturing department and the reversible tool manufacturing department, while marveling at the advanced modern manufacturing equipment and superb technology of our company.
Subsequently, the teachers and students returned to the conference room for discussion and exchange, and the atmosphere at the exchange meeting was lively. Ms. Ge Yanan introduced our company's current development status and future plans to the teachers and classmates; Ms. Chen Suyi emphasized the relevant policies of our company in talent introduction and development; Xiamen University alumni Lin Peikun and Zeng Huaqian shared their gains from working, studying, and living at Jinlu Company with their classmates... Professor Wei and Professor Lin highly affirmed and praised our company's innovative measures in talent development, and expressed that this visit has given teachers and students a new understanding of the manufacturing industry.
