To welcome the launch of the MRO (Maintenance, Operation, Repair) industrial supermarket system, the procurement department invited the customer manager of Zhenkunxing, the winning bidder of Xiamen Tungsten Group's MRO, and the implementation consultant of Yonyou SRM system to conduct MRO system application training on October 15th.
On site, Liu Yangqin, the customer manager of Zhenkunxing, introduced the system mall, and Lin Huahui, the implementation consultant of UFIDA, provided training on system operation. Manager Liu Yangqin introduced that for every type of product on the mall, Zhenkun Hang has mainstream brands that are mainly promoted, and the channels are basically from the original factory or first level agents. All cooperative brands have relevant authorization qualifications, and the top brands are 100% original factory cooperative. For projects, technical information and product selection recommendations can be provided. For more complex projects, manufacturers can be contacted for sales or technical assistance to customers for technical solutions. Some brands can provide free samples according to customer needs.
Consultant Lin Huahui introduced how MRO Industrial Supermarket can implement procurement on the SRM system. Users can log in to the SRM system cloud procurement supermarket using Google or 360 browser, search and browse products, select items and map ERP material codes, add them to the shopping cart, submit the order, and after approval, the order will be synchronized to the ERP system. Zhenkun Bank will ship the goods according to the order, and the warehouse keeper will scan and sign for the goods upon arrival. Subsequently, the procurement department will regularly reconcile and make payments.
