【summary description】 On September 7th, the company organized a training session on TTT teaching skills for all students of the intermediate lean engineer specialized course at the Tong'an factory area. The course was taught by Professor Tang from Shuben Technology, and attended by Zou Jianping, the overall commander of the lean production project, Wang Mingsheng, the general manager of the Alloy Business Unit 1, Chen Suyi, the human resources director, and Shuben Technology consultant.
On September 7th, the company organized a training session on TTT teaching skills for all students of the intermediate lean engineer specialized course at the Tong'an factory area. The course was taught by Professor Tang from Shuben Technology, and attended by Zou Jianping, the overall commander of the lean production project, Wang Mingsheng, the general manager of the Alloy Business Unit 1, Chen Suyi, the human resources director, and Shuben Technology consultant.
In class, Teacher Tang first introduced the significance of trainers to enterprises to introduce this course, and then explained the five major contents that trainers need to master (including courseware production, teaching skills, training evaluation, control skills, and expression skills) as well as the five major levels that excellent trainers need to pass (including ideological level, design level, textbook level, lecture level, and growth level).

During the teaching process, Teacher Tang combined his rich training experience to teach everyone how to design a wonderful opening and ending, as well as skills for interacting with students during the training, in a simple and understandable way. After Mr. Tang's vivid introduction, the students benefited greatly.

Finally, it is the moment of combining theory with practice - classroom assignment: Each group selects the team leader for this training session, determines the team name, emblem, and slogan, and then presents them on stage, with the team leader giving the inaugural speech.

Through comprehensive evaluation by the judges and bonus points for classroom performance, the first group of Sea King teams won the championship of this training.
