In order to help dealers better develop and deepen their understanding of Jinlu products, our company has launched a dealer employee growth plan and will hold the first session of the application technology training course (Central China) from July 19th to July 23rd.
This training course has received strong support from the Central China region, with over 30 dealer employees signing up to participate.
Before the formal training, the trainees were introduced to the company and led to visit the Tong'an factory area, promoting the dealers' understanding of our company's development history and product processing flow.

The training courses mainly focus on the basics of cutting tool processing and the introduction of our company's cutting tool products, providing students with a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of Xiamen Jinlu products. During the training process, the students actively spoke up and sought answers from the on-site instructors based on the problems encountered during the distribution process. After class, they actively engaged in discussions and exchanges.
After 5 days of training, a total of 1 outstanding team, 1 best student, and 6 outstanding students were selected. On the afternoon of July 23rd, awards and commendations were presented to the award-winning students.
By conducting application technology training for dealer employees, we have established a knowledge reserve for promoting Jinlu products, improved the corresponding product marketing and technical service levels, enriched theoretical knowledge, and provided a platform for mutual communication among dealers, thus forming valuable friendships.
