In order to establish a better dialogue channel between young employees and group leaders, enable outstanding young people from Xiamen Tungsten to understand the company's strategic blueprint, clarify their own development goals, share top-level design with grassroots employees, and achieve unity and progress together, the Xiamen Tungsten Youth League Committee organized the "Headquarters Reception Day" event of the "Youth Dialogue" series of activities. Four representatives from our company participated in this event.

On May 26, young people from all subsidiaries of the Group first went to Xiamen Tungsten Technology Research Center. Colleagues from the Technology Center explained the technological innovation process of the Group, core technologies and products of each business segment, and further understood the integrity of the Group's industrial chain and technological progressiveness.

Subsequently, the young people participated in the "Celebrating the 20th National Congress and Embarking on a New Journey" youth symposium at the group headquarters.

At the symposium, Huang Changgeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xiamen Tungsten Industry, had a cordial communication and exchange with the young people in attendance regarding the group's mission, vision, and future development plans. He also put forward three hopes for the young people: firstly, to maintain lifelong learning and never forget to exercise in all aspects; Secondly, always pay attention to social progress and adhere to keeping up with the times; The third is to always have a tolerant heart and cultivate a magnanimous person.

At the same time, Zeng Xinping, Assistant to the President and General Manager of the Strategic Development Center, had further communication and exchanges with young people regarding the development history, industrial layout, and future plans of the group. Through this symposium, the young people have gained a deeper understanding of the development of the group and have become more clear about their own tasks and missions.

On the morning of May 27th, led by the Xiamen Tungsten Youth League Committee, they visited Haicang Branch, Xiamen Xiamen Tungsten New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Shituo Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Industrial Park. During the visit, the young people learned about the full process wet metallurgy production process of APT products from ore input to drying and packaging, as well as the production process of new energy products such as lithium cobalt oxide and ternary materials. At the same time, they gained new understanding of the layout of Shituo Motor Industrial Park for five major industries: new energy vehicle motors, servo motors, energy-saving motors, green environmental protection motors, and modern agricultural motors.

On the afternoon of May 27th, the young people came to our Tong'an factory for a visit and exchange. Jinlu Youth League Committee member Luo Songbai explained to everyone the development history, product layout, and core advantages of Jinlu Company; At the same time, we visited the workshops of the reversible tool manufacturing department and the integral tool manufacturing department, and learned about the production process of reversible tools and integral hard alloy end mills.

Subsequently, everyone visited Xiamen Honglu Tungsten and Molybdenum Industry Co., Ltd. During the visit to the tungsten wire workshop, the young people appreciated Honglu Company's technical strength in the field of tungsten wire processing.

Through this "Headquarters Reception Day" event, the young people have gained a deeper understanding of the mission, vision, and values of the group, a clearer understanding of the group's industrial layout and core products, and full confidence in the group's future development. The young people expressed that they will respond to the call of the group leadership, adhere to learning, grasp trends, and expand their horizons, and contribute their youthful strength to the billion dollar Xiamen Tungsten!
