On the morning of June 30th, our company held the annual summary and commendation conference for the Lean Production Phase II 6S project. Several technology expert consultant teams, including Tang Weigen, Wang Shuwei, and Li Peixin, as well as the company's deputy general manager Zou Jianping, enterprise management department manager Ouyang Qi, operation management department manager Su Lishui, and project leaders and key members from various business units, attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Wu Tong.

At the summary meeting, the project manager Yang Bin first reported on the completion of the company's 6S project over the past year. The project objectives were achieved and the challenge objectives were met.

Subsequently, Lu Boshi from the Powder Business Unit, Lv Jinxing from the Alloy Business Unit 1, Chen Jinxing from the Alloy Business Unit 2, and Chen Qingneng from the Chip Tool Business Unit reported on the completion status of their 6S projects for the year.

After the report, individuals and teams who have performed outstandingly in the past year of the project were commended at the meeting, and were awarded by the Operations Management Manager, Lean Consultant Team, and Mr. Zou.

Subsequently, the tutor Li Peixin first made comments and highly praised the Lean Phase II company level 6S project team for continuously promoting project development through various activities and meetings, achieving significant results; Following that, the tutor Wang Shuwei gave a commentary, summarizing the achievements of 6S activities into "four ones" (one strength, one growth, one consciousness, one system), and using "five mechanisms" to comment on the key points of the continuous implementation of 6S projects, which are: team mechanism, responsibility mechanism, patrol mechanism, communication mechanism, and atmosphere mechanism; When commenting on the Lean Expert Consultant Tang Weigen, he affirmed the solid work of the Lean Phase II 6S project and proposed fourteen breakthrough points for the upcoming Lean Production Phase III 6S project, involving various aspects such as catering and factory services, including the planning and layout of the new factory in Haicang.

Finally, the project commander Zou put forward four requirements for the achievements of the Lean Production Phase II 6S project. One is to consolidate the existing achievements; The second is to continuously improve; Thirdly, it is necessary for all staff to participate; The fourth is to integrate 6S activities with daily work.       

Thus, the annual summary and commendation conference for the Lean Production Phase II 6S project has been successfully concluded. We believe that with the strong support of the company leadership and the guidance of the lean consulting team, through the participation of all employees, continuous improvement, and continuous efforts, we will forge ahead on a new journey and write a new chapter.
