Recently, the Xiamen Market Supervision Administration (Intellectual Property Office) announced the first batch of administrative protection lists for trademarks (brands) in popular and key areas of people's livelihood in Xiamen. The Xiamen Jinlu trademark, with its outstanding brand value, extensive market recognition, and strong legal protection measures, has successfully stood out and become a member of this list. Among them, three brand trademarks independently owned by Xiamen Jinlu and authorized for use by Xiamen Tungsten were listed.
It is reported that the Xiamen Municipal Supervision Bureau has released this protection list, with the main purpose of stopping and cracking down on trademark infringement and counterfeiting, promoting trademark brand construction, improving the trademark brand protection chain, and enhancing the efficiency of trademark supervision and administrative law enforcement. For the trademarks in the list, it is required that they have a certain level of popularity in the market, commercial benefits, and are easily infringed.
In recent years, Xiamen Jinlu has continuously increased investment in brand building, effectively enhancing brand awareness and reputation through multi-channel and multi form promotion and advertising.
