Statement on Anti-Corruption

Xiamen Golden Egret believes that commercial corruption affects fair competition and has a very bad impact on the social economy and the development of the enterprise itself. Xiamen Golden abides by business ethics, insists on operating with integrity, abides by the location of business and all applicable laws and regulations, and holds a "zero tolerance" attitude towards any corrupt behavior.
Xiamen Golden Egret takes active and effective measures and establishes relevant management systems to prevent commercial corruption. Xiamen Golden Egret requires all Xiamen Golden Egret employees or entities and individuals engaging in business activities on behalf of Golden Egret not to bribe public officials, other entities or individuals in any direct or indirect way to obtain business opportunities. If suppliers, agents and other business partners (hereinafter referred to as "partners") implement the above behaviors to Xiamen Golden employees for the same purpose, the employees must refuse and report to the company. When conducting business cooperation with partners, Xiamen Golden requires the partners to comply with Golden Egret's anti-corruption policy through the terms of the agreement and corresponding monitoring procedures and to restrict their behavior.
This statement applies to Xiamen Golden Egret Special Alloy Co. Ltd. and its directly or indirectly controlled subsidiaries worldwide.
