Export Control Compliance Policy Statement
The company fully complies with the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations involving export control. The company's management will take the lead in learning and complying with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to export control, and at the same time, requires all employees to comply with all relevant regulations and not to export in violation of regulations under any circumstances.
Violation of relevant laws and regulations on export control will bring significant losses and severe penalties to the company and relevant individuals. Individuals who violate the regulations will also face serious consequences, including disciplinary action and/or dismissal: those who violate laws and regulations will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.
The company has established an internal compliance system for export control and continues to improve it. To ensure the effective implementation of the internal compliance system for export control, the company will appoint Nie Yaoxiong as the person in charge of export control compliance matters, establish and improve relevant organizational structures, and be responsible for the management of export control compliance. The company will conduct export control risk reviews of transactions and related activities.
