"Swimming" goes straight - 2020 "Golden Heron Cup" swimming competition

On the morning of November 7th, the 2020 "Golden Heron Cup" swimming competition with the theme of "swimming", sponsored by our trade union and undertaken by the Youth League Committee, officially kicked off in the swimming pool of Xiamen Tefang Portman Seven Star Bay Hotel. Swimmers and employees' children from all departments of the company are eager to try and prepare for a wonderful water competition.

Before the start of the competition, the organizers of the competition promoted the safety precautions and competition rules to the contestants. After that, the contestants stretched their muscles and bones by the pool one by one and did warm-up exercises before the competition. It is hoped that through this competition, swimming can be further popularized, enhance everyone's physical fitness, enrich their amateur cultural life, and achieve good results.

This swimming competition is divided into 4 events: men's and women's snorkeling, employees' children 50 meters, women's 50 meters, and men's 100 meters. A total of 20 employees and their children participated in the competition to stage the speed and passion in the water together

The first is the 50-meter competition for the children of employees. Our little swimmers are already ready to go. Some of the children are freestyle or breaststroke. Everyone successfully challenged the 50-meter challenge. The fastest even It's already as fast as the adult group.

Then there is the women's 50-meter race. Our female runners seem to be mermaids, roaming in the water with spreading ripples, bringing an unparalleled visual enjoyment.

Next is the men's 100-meter 100 meters, which is particularly competitive. Outward strokes, inner strokes, forward stretches, legs retracted, feet turned, kicked, and slide. Every movement of the athletes is extremely standard. During the competition, everyone uses freestyle and breaststroke together to ensure that Physical strength and the fastest speed to the finish line, every athlete worked hard, and every movement was so vigorous and powerful.

The last is the men's and women's snorkeling competition. The better lung capacity and standard and effective swimming style make them look like fish in the water. Achievement won the crown.

Afterwards, Wang Hui'e, secretary of the Youth League Committee, presented awards to the winners. Since then, the 2020 "Golden Heron Cup" swimming competition has ended successfully.

Through this competition, the competitive demeanor of Jinlu employees was shown, which enriched their spare time life, improved their overall quality, enhanced team spirit and collective cohesion, and showed the positive outlook of Jinlu athletes.
