Xiamen Jinlu believes that commercial corruption affects fair competition and has a very bad impact on the social economy and the development of enterprises themselves. Xiamen Jinlu adheres to business ethics, adheres to honest operation, abides by the business location and all applicable laws and regulations, and takes a "zero tolerance" attitude towards any corruption.
Xiamen Jinlu has taken active and effective measures and established relevant management systems to prevent commercial corruption. Xiamen Jinlu requires all employees of Xiamen Jinlu or entities and individuals engaged in business activities on behalf of Xiamen Jinlu not to bribe public officials, other entities or individuals in any direct or indirect way to obtain business opportunities. If suppliers, agents and other business partners (hereinafter referred to as "partners") commit the above acts to Xiamen Jinlu employees for the same purpose, the employees must refuse and report to the company. When conducting business cooperation with partners, Xiamen Jinlu requires partners to comply with Xiamen Jinlu's anti-corruption policy and restrict their behavior through the terms of the agreement and corresponding monitoring procedures.
