Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities: Carry out the following work under the guidance of the human administrative manager to undertake the
construction of the Thai company system, the supervision of the company's decision-making implementation, administration and publicity culture management, translation management, etc.
Responsible for IT network equipment and software and hardware management, information audit and security management, and statistical analysis of company data for Thai companies.
Undertake the human resources management work of Thai companies, such as human resources strategic planning, personnel selection and retention, and the construction of harmonious employee relationships.
Responsible for general affairs management such as security management, vehicle management, and canteen management of the Thai company.
Organize and carry out the selection, employment, education and retention of employees in this department, and build a talent echelon for each position in the department.
 
 
Requirements:
Those who can speak both Chinese and Thai are preferred; Bachelor degree or above, any major is not limited;
More than 2 years experience in human resources; Experience in recruitment and employee relations related to local production companies in Thailand is preferred;
Familiar with human resources management Professional module practical operation, familiar with Thai labor laws and other legal knowledge, proficient in two or more modules;
good expression, communication, organization, coordination and time management skills and affinity, strong adaptability and tolerance;
