The research team first visited the exhibition hall, integral tool and indexable tool workshop of Xiamen Jinlu Tong'an factory, and learned about our company's production process in detail. Then, on the management mechanism of skilled talents, the research team had an in-depth exchange and discussion with representatives of Xiamen Tungsten and its subsidiaries. Lai Jianping, Senior Commissioner of Human Resources Department of Fujian Metallurgical (Holding) Co., Ltd., Chen Guoxu, Professional Manager of Xiamen Tungsten Industry Control System Management, Zheng Jinquan of Xiamen Honglu Human Resources Department, Chen Suyi and Liu Jiawang of Xiamen Jinlu Human Resources Department, and representatives of skilled talents Cheng Tanghua (Honglu), Lv Jinxing (Jinlu), Luo Weifa (Jinlu) participated in the symposium.
At the symposium, Chen Suyi, on behalf of the company, introduced the technical personnel training system and corresponding mechanism of the group and its main subsidiaries in detail from the six major modules of the group's emphasis on skilled talents, school-enterprise cooperation, policy application, and skilled personnel training system.
