This project is led by our company and jointly tackles key problems with three companies in the group including Xiamen Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd., Xiamen Golden Egret Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd., Xiamen Honglu Tungsten and Molybdenum Industry Co., Ltd., relying on the advantages of Xiamen tungsten industry, aiming at typical Difficult-to-machine materials (stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, high-hardness metal materials), starting from the research on the microscopic evolution mechanism of cemented carbide and the characterization of coating characteristics, develop solid carbide-coated tools for difficult-to-machine materials The industrial application of solid carbide coated tools of materials, and the establishment of a complete core technology process and industrialization platform for solid carbide coated tools for difficult-to-machine materials. The research work of the project has been carried out as required, and the follow-up will be carried out in an orderly manner according to the project implementation plan.
