In recent years, my country's scientific and technological innovation has achieved fruitful results, and innovation-driven development has become increasingly effective; the coordination and balance of urban and rural regional development have been significantly enhanced; reform and opening up have been comprehensively deepened, and the vitality of development momentum has burst; green and low-carbon transformation has achieved remarkable results, and the pace of development mode transformation has accelerated, High-quality development has achieved remarkable results.

At the same time, there are still a large number of factors restricting high-quality development. From the external environment, the world's unprecedented changes in a century, all-round, deep-seated accelerated evolution. From the perspective of internal conditions, the situation in which key core technologies in some fields are controlled by people has not fundamentally changed, and the gap between urban and rural regional development and income distribution is still large, which hinders the high-quality economic and social development. From the perspective of work progress, some leading cadres do not have a good understanding, and when they encounter contradictions and difficulties in actual work, they habitually return to the old road of pursuing extensive expansion and inefficient development; some leading cadres have outdated concepts and are called promoting High-quality development is actually "old wine in new bottles"; some leading cadres have insufficient abilities and do not know how to promote high-quality development in the face of new environmental challenges at home and abroad, etc. We must attach great importance to these problems and effectively solve them. What is the new quality of productivity, how to develop the new quality of productivity? I have been thinking, but also noticed some academic research results. In a nutshell, the new quality productivity is an advanced productivity quality that plays a leading role in innovation, gets rid of the traditional economic growth mode and productivity development path, has the characteristics of high technology, high efficiency and high quality, and conforms to the new development concept.
