Job Responsibilities:

1、 Process management: Inspect the on-site process execution status, timely discover and handle process abnormalities; Adjust relevant process parameters within the scope of authority to solve problems related to output, quality, consumption, etc. caused by improper process parameters; Debugging equipment and processes, assisting in handling equipment abnormalities.

2、 Quality management: propose suggestions for concession acceptance of raw materials and concession release of products; Refer to the testing results of the quality control department, analyze intermediate products and product parameter indicators; Identify abnormal indicators of intermediate products and product parameters, investigate the cause of the problem, and develop a solution; Organize personnel to handle quality issues in accordance with superior requirements; Cooperate with internal and external audits of the ISO system, and organize rectification of matters within the scope of responsibility.

3、 Technological progress and innovation projects: Participate in discussions on the research and development of new products, technologies, equipment, and processes. Analyze the short-term indicators that have a long-term impact on daily production (such as work efficiency, product quality, work environment, work intensity, etc.), and propose suggestions for technological innovation goals and topics. Develop technical progress project plans issued by the company or department, organize experimental analysis and demonstration, and organize the writing of project summary reports.

Job requirements:

1、 Excellent execution ability, learning ability, good organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and cultivation coaching ability;

2、 Materials related majors such as powder metallurgy, metal materials, and material physics;

3、 More than 1 year of work experience in powder metallurgy is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
