Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide sales engineers with a selection guide for company operating tools and solve technical problems encountered in sales activities;
2. Provide customers with services such as tool installation, debugging, and training;
3. Solve problems encountered during the tool making process for customers and provide improvement suggestions;
4. Provide technical and product training and lectures for sales engineers and users.
5. Provide customers with overall solutions for parts, optimized tool solutions, and production efficiency improvement plans.
Job requirements:
1. Candidates with a background in mechanical engineering, metal materials, or other STEM fields are preferred;
2. Have a certain understanding of knives, have proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish, and be able to adapt to short to medium term foreign business trips
