Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1、 Responsible for researching and developing the alloy bar market and potential customers in the German speaking region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria);
2、 Customer relationship maintenance and daily visit communication for bar products in the German speaking region;
3、 Daily customer service work, including understanding customer needs, recommending corresponding products, and helping customers provide solutions;
4、 Follow up on customer product testing and provide feedback on product performance to company R&D personnel;
5、 Follow up on customer testing results and order progress;
6、 Provide after-sales service: handle customer feedback and complaints.
Job requirements:
1.、 5-10 years of sales or technical experience in the mechanical processing related industry, with excellent candidates eligible for relaxation.
