Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1、 Customer relationship maintenance and daily business communication processing (inquiry, quotation, order, sales contract, production and sales coordination, shipment, etc.);
2、 Handling customer related complaints and feedback;
3、 Manage customer credit limits and accounts receivable effectively;
4、 Responsible for product planning, market development, and new customer acquisition in the region;
5、 Other matters assigned by the district/department.
Job requirements:
1、 More than 1 year of work experience, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering, materials science, or other related fields;
2、 Familiar with the process technology and evaluation techniques of powder, rod, and cutting tool products;
3、 Good communication and coordination skills, keen market insight, passion and vitality, able to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
